Welcome to Zyn Data's technology ecosystem.
This document defines the legal rights and obligations between Zyn Data and Customers using the services.
These Terms apply uniformly to all services and sub-brands under Zyn Data.
By registering and using any service, the Customer is deemed to have fully agreed to comply with the Terms below.

Customer commits to using the services only for lawful purposes. Zyn Data strictly prohibits and may unilaterally terminate the contract immediately, without refund, for the following acts:
- Prohibited content: Storing or distributing obscene materials, pornography, social vice content, illegal gambling, or betting content.
- Cybercrime: Conducting cyberattacks (DDoS, Botnet), distributing malicious software (Virus, Malware, Ransomware), phishing, or unauthorized vulnerability scanning originating from Zyn Data infrastructure.
