July 25, 2026
After years of operation, we have to make this difficult decision. Our administrators — the very people who kept the systems running day and night — no longer have the time to maintain the service. This was not an easy choice, but it was made after careful consideration. We are sorry for this unexpected goodbye.
We are grateful to every customer who trusted and journeyed with us. Every server, every log line, every support ticket — they are all cherished memories we will always hold dear.
Refund Policy
For remaining active services on ZynHost (excluding account balance), we will apply refunds as follows:
Example: a 320,000₫ package with 15 days remaining (from July 25, 2026): ((320,000 / 30) × 15) − 10% = 144,000₫
The 10% covers bank transfer fees. Depending on the recipient bank, actual fees may vary. Most cases will incur no additional charges.
Refund Process
ZynHost will announce the refund application process shortly.
Please Back Up Your Data
Before July 25, 2026, please back up your data independently. After this date, ZynHost will not be able to extract or retrieve any data.
